Here's a tiller handlebar assembly  that came off an early 1970's Wards (pic 10) 5hp front tine rototiller.  This made by Gilson for Wards, and will fit Gilson and Wizard tillers as well. so please check your applications.  This is still a good working set of bars, with some of the normal wear you can see on these after 50 years of use.  Most wear shows on hole slots where you could get the contact wear--but not bad.  This is an early assembly, set-up for the center slide rod shifter.  The shifter rod still works like intended with some weathering and needs some lubrication prior to usage.  It shows some light surface rust, but is still a very solid control platform.  No broken welds, cracks, bends, or brutal rust-out that these could suffer from.  Even the stock bar rubber grips are in good shape.  These solid bars are critical for a tight and safe tilling operation.  These Gilson's were tough tillers!  This is a good complete unit, and great for a spare when you need them.  A solid center slide shift handlebar assembly is getting hard to find anymore.  Here's your opportunity to keep that classic Gilson tiller cultivating for years to come!  Look for other tiller parts in my other auctions.  Please look at the pictures.  Ask any questions that you might have.  Paypal payment due within 48 hrs. of auction ending.  Carefully packaged and quickly shipped.  Thanks for looking.
