2010 Ford Transit Connect

Description

2010 Ford Transit Connect recently converted into a camper van. Ideal for a solo traveller, gets great gas mileage (~25mpg). Locks do not lock from key fob, must be locked manually; everything else works. Driver's side tail light is chipped, with dent in body panel (dent is about 3" diameter, see picture). Four warning lights are on dash: tire pressure, ABS, door open, parking brake. Warning lights caused by faulty sensors. Tires have decent tread (~50% remaining). Full service history with receipts since January 2020 (106k miles).

Plywood floor, cedar tongue-and-groove on walls and ceiling
Insulation: 1/2" XPS on floor, Havelock sheep's wool in walls, Rockwool in ceiling
Mahogany countertop
20lb propane tank, 2 burner propane stove, Propex HS2000 propane heater (located under passenger seat). Professional inspection of the propane system was recently performed, no leaks found.
2x100W Renogy solar panels mounted on roof rack, and 100Ah lithium-iron battery
3-speed reversible ceiling fan, 32 quart fridge, LED ceiling light, propane and CO detectors
