Fantastic rare polished Fossil Amber sphere with stand from the Dominican Republic.  This 27mm diameter sphere is carved and polished from natural true fossil amber aged at about 40 million years.  Formed from the vegetal resin of the extinct Hymenaea protera tree, this amber features beautiful translucent amber hues.  Includes a wood tripod sphere stand as pictured.  A wonderful gemstone sphere great for display, collection, study, and metaphysical use.
