Return policy details:
All items must be inspected and reported if there is any issues within 72 hours of delivery. All items are inspected and in perfect condition prior shipping to customer. If item(s) got damaged in transit, save all packing materials and email us pictures. You may still return preserved roses within 7 days of delivery with our approval. Buyer pays return shipping. Restocking fees of 20% will apply. We'll ONLY pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Custom orders and shipping charges are not refundable.
If the item(s) are fragile, we highly recommend to insure it in full when returning. If item(s) arrives back to us damaged due to improper packing, refund will not be issued and you are responsible for any damage that may accrued prior or during shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
