Great for under asphalt shingles, asphalt rolled roofing, metal roofing, concrete, or clay roofs. Great for manufactured housing roofs, low slopes roofs and RV’s. This item requires no roofing nails and has adhesive backing. It will seal around your roofing nails to keep water out of your house or building. This product works great over Zip System decking roof panels, OSB, or Plywood decking. Miami-Dade County Approved product. Allows up to 180 days exposure time. Storage
WIP GRIP roofing underlayment rolls should be stored on their side, under cover and in areas where the temperature is between 40° and 100°F
(4.4° and 38°C). Do not double-stack pallets.

Roofing underlayment ideal for use under metal roofs and synthetic, concrete, clay tiles, and asphalt shingles.
SELF-SEALING
WIP GRIP seals around properly driven roofing nails and screws used to install the primary roofing system.
SELF-ADHERING
Properly installed WIP 300HT bonds directly to a clean, dry roof deck without the need for additional adhesives. Moisture will inhibit adhesion.
PERMANENT PROTECTION AND LOW LIFECYCLE COST
WIP GRIP will not crack, dry out or rot and is also resistant to the attacks of fungus and bacteria.
