    Antique Native American Mississippian Platform Frog Effigy Pipe.
    I was told by an expert this is a very early example of this effigy form, pre 1500's and there appear to be minerals, ancient salts, magnesium and possible pigment on the piece.
    The frog alludes to the healer and shamanic practices. I purchased this in 2004 from a man in Missouri. It measures 3.25 length and 2 inches high. US buyers only.
