    "The DataLink Technologies GW1000 is has several protocol options in its converter which will allow you to change between DF1 conversions to AB’s DH+, ASCII to DH+, and the most common solution includes our DataLink GW1000-ABEIP, Ethernet/IP to Allen-Bradley DH+. Modbus protocols are also available with the GW1000- ModTCP IP via Ethernet or the GW1000-DHPM Modbus RTU to DH+. The GW1000 allows communication between serial RS232 devices and Ethernet/IP PLCs to nodes on DH+ including AB PLC5s, SLC 5/04, AB Panelviews, and Controllogix gateway (1756-DHRIO / 1756-ENET).
    The DataLink GW1000 is also a replacement option for AB1784 cards including the 1784-PKTX, 1784-U2DHP, 1784-KTX, 1770-KF2, 1784-PCMK products and ProSoft AN-X2-AB-DHRIO.
    Many of the 1784KT cards are now obsolete with Allen-Bradley recommending the 1784-U2DHP.  The GW1000-ABEIP is a more economical solution ,250 USD list providing the flexibility of RSLINX PLC programming via Ethernet to DH+ PLCs."
