    Description

The FT Synthetics Copperhead Roofing Seam Tape is made to be a high temperature self adhered waterproofing tape that is designed for use particularly as a flashing and seam tape for a roof deck. It is composed of an advanced 100% butyl rubber adhesive created to provide a maximum bond to DensDeck, metal, OSB, plywood, rigid foam insulation, and other ordinary roof deck materials. The advanced 100% butyl rubber adhesive is mixed with a durable tri-laminate low density polyethylene facer. Copperhead tape is able to be used under any standard slope roof coverings including; asphalt shingles, cedar, metal, slate, and tile. The embossed top surface adheres strongly to itself and provides an improved slip resistance, and the silicone treated release liner is simple to remove. The FT Synthetics roofing seam tape will self-seal around roofing fasteners and provides watertight bonds without a requirement for primers or special treatment.
