Description
This is a primitive antique wooden clothes washing machine made by the Warren Manufacturing Company in Warren, Indiana sometime in the early 1900s. I have included a page (see photos) from the 1908 Sears & Roebuck catalogue showing this style of washer. This HANDY WASHER is all original and in very good usable condition. I used it for a clothes hamper in my laundry room. I am downsizing and no longer have room for it. It is about 34.5 inches long, 22 inches wide, 25 inches tall (or 42 inches tall with the basket in the "bonnet" position). The legs will be removed for shipping.
