    Description

A lot of 30 pieces of native copper that were run through a stamp mill in the early days of mining in the Copper Country of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
Shown next to a nickel for size comparison; the lot
    weighs about one pound.
These were collected years ago in Houghton County.
    This "sh
ot copper" was shipped in barrels on boats that sailed down Lake Superior and through the locks at Sault Sainte Marie.
I will try to ship multiple pieces in one package if possible.

    I am not soliciting offers.
If you buy more than one lot in my sale, I will reduce the postage, but please wait for the combined shipping invoice before you pay.
