    Description

Listing is for Combo Pack of Tsuyamaya Seika(津山屋) "Pururi” Sanbesan Blueberry & Izumo Figs Jelly Mochi 4.9oz each, Product of Japan
Pack # 1: “Pururi” Sanbesan Blueberry Jelly Mochi:
We made agar Japanese sweets with a plump texture by cooking blueberries, rice cake flour, kudzu powder, agar, etc. from Sanbe Town, which is close to Iwami Ginzan, Shimane Prefecture.
Mt. Sanbe is a mountain that rises in the central part of Shimane prefecture. The name comes from the fact that it looks like three bottles are lined up side by side. Large blueberries grown in the rich nature of Mt. Sanbe have a strong sweetness and a rich taste.
Pack # 2: “Pururi” Izumo Fig Mochi:
Horai persimmon paste from Taki-cho, Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture, rice flour, kudzu powder, agar, etc. are cooked together to make agar-Japanese sweets with a plump texture.
Taki Town is a famous production area for Horai figs. The figs from the seaside town of Taki are characterized by their texture and richness that melt in your mouth.
We have combined agar, glutinous rice flour, and kudzu powder with figs from Taki (Izumo City, Japan) which is famous for its elegantly sweet and fresh figs. Our fig mochi has a wonderfully soft and chewy texture.
Ingredients : starch syrup, sugar, fig paste (produced in Shimane, Japan), modified starch, glutinous rice (produced in Japan), powdered wafer, kudzu powder, agar/gelling agent (modified starch, polysaccharide thickener), flavoring, citric acid (contains soy)
