*NO RETURNS; There are No returns on 50 year old "garage sale" well used old items.

*SHIPPING; NOTE ABOUT MY SHIPPING: NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY SHIPPING. I don't print out my own shipping labels. I go to the post office - they weigh and mark the postage there and it ships from there - Therefore, when I upload the tracking number, your item is already at the post office, and on it's way..
*VACATION; Should I be on vacation during a listing, it will be noted at the head of the listing for buyers to see as to what date shipping resumes.
*WEATHER; You will receive your item within the time frame stated next to "Delivery:" shown on listing page, however, I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER DELAYS AT ANYTIME OF THE YEAR -
NOTE:  I take tracking seriously as a buyer and seller. There is NO excuse to NOT provide a tracking # on PARCELS, it's included free in the postage, therefore, although not a 100% perfect system, it is a BASIC guide letting us know the whereabouts of our parcels during it's course of travel until it is received.
*TRACKING / COMMUNICATION; Our "communication" after the sale per Ebay's rules is the USPS tracking number I upload in the item listing for you to track until you receive it, I suggest using the USPS website, for the most accurate tracking info, not Ebay's link.  All of my items ship with  USPS tracking. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR POSTAL SCREW UPS: Here are some of the USPS tracking scans:: its the facts:   "Delivery status not updated"     " notice left, no secure place available"   "notice left"   or  the item is shipped to a wrong post office first before it gets to the correct one. - It's happened plenty, and to me as well.. . NOTE: Items are shipped to address you, the buyer provide in the order details section. The correct / updated address and zip code is the buyer's responsibility to provide in the order details. (I've seen a few mismatching zip codes in the upload the tracking numbers page - please be sure they are correct)    ** MISDELIVERED PACKAGES: In the event of local misdelivered packages; It is the buyer's responsibility to call their post office about a package on their end for any misdelivered packages;  The Postal GPS will place the tracking # scan location at scan time of your postman at a specific place in your town to determine where your package is - I've had to do it a few times.     **HOLIDAY NOTES:  Black Friday thru New Years week: Please be aware: with the holidays: I am not responsible for postal delays due to weather or hi volume mail season. a fact: First class and priority packages WILL run longer than usual in many cases, I know, it's happened to me. *FEEDBACK; As a seller, I leave feedback AFTER it is received - why? 1.) You've received your item satisfactorily, and..   2.) many buyers do not leave feedback for anyone,, I know,,,I've checked.

*ABOUT ITEMS; Most of my items are well used - not mint by any means, need work, and are for the handyman / hobbyist / fabricator / project builders / restorers. There are NO returns on this old stuff. If you are not into this scene then my items are not for you.

*ZERO GUARANTEES; There are no guarantees on ANY electronic / battery operated parts from slot cars promos etc including newer items, you buy as is, all are sold as used, all sold for parts.
*RELISTING; I do occasionally reduce my prices. Usually, if I don't sell 'em,,,,I keep "em... If I relist it's usually at the same price. Once again check the prices of completed similar items for comparison.

Vintage used 1968 Firebird "Tin Indian" / Knafel pontiac drag car parts lot from AMT annual kit # 5768-200. Parts are: NOS ht / cv body w / windshield frame damage, cv boot, 4 original Firestone Supreme redline tires, plastic ripplewall slicks, drag engine parts, cv tonneau cover, glass. hood and other misc parts. Used parts are ht assembled body w hood glued closed body painted, unpainted chassis, wheels, and other assorted used parts from the kit. Note: this AMT version was a generic custom, with 1967 vent windows, this was not a stock 3 in1 like the MPC version of that year. There are NO OTHER PARTS. ONLY WHAT IS SHOWN.
