Vintage Boston City Bus Destination Roll In Case All Original

Description

This is an original bus destination display roll in the original case. It appears to be from the Green Line which is one of the bus routes in Boston. There are numerous destinations on the roll, we have listed them here. The original metal case is in perfect working order, you turn the knob to change the stop. These were either on the front of the bus or hung in the side window. The driver was responsible for turning it to either the next stop or the end location. This type of device was used prior to the electronics that are used today. The case is metal and the roll is printed on oil cloth, all original.
The case is 31" long x 9 1/2" tall and 5" deep.
