Vintage Felt Patch Pennsville Skeeters, Pennsville, N.J. w/ Cute Mosquito!

Vintage Felt Patch for the Pennsville Skeeters of  Pennsville, N.J. features a surprisingly cute mosquito! I've never put those two words together before: cute and mosquito. This one has a top hat and tux jacket. The patch mentions N.C.H.A. but I have been unable to identify what that stands for. Leading contender is the National Cutting Horse Association. Also can't say for sure what the Pennsville Skeeters were about, but they may have been a Camping Club.
The patch is made of felt. It appears to have been sewn on to something previously. Hard to date this since I'm unsure what the group stood for, but just based on the look and the fact that New Jersey is shown with periods rather than just NJ, my guess is this dates to the 50's or 60's era.
The circle patch has a diameter of 4.5 inches.
