Four of the Disney Princesses are featured on this Welcome Pin from Epcot's 2004 pin event, A Family Pin Gathering, one of six pins received at random by event registrants. The pins were distributed in black polybags which held two pins of the same style, one to keep and one to trade. Each registrant received one bag, so you didn't know which of the pins you received until you opened the bag. This pin features a standing Princess Aurora (from "Sleeping Beauty"), Belle (from "Beauty and the Beast"), and Cinderella, and a seated Snow White in front of Belle. The four are in front of two columns (a castle entrance, perhaps) with a light blue ribbon-like banner above them which reads "A Family Pin Gathering 2004" and "Thank You". The back of the pin features the 2004 Pin Trading logo, the event logo, and the edition size. The other 5 pins in the series are #32881, #32985, #33010, #33019, and #33020.
